We’re looking for a detail-oriented and service-minded Sales Operations Specialist to join our Sales Operations team. This role is focused on providing day-to-day operational support to the Sales team, ensuring their tools, data, and processes run smoothly. You’ll play a hands-on role in unblocking sales representatives, maintaining data quality, and helping keep our sales systems clean and efficient. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their Sales Operations or Revenue Operations career who is eager to learn the ins and outs of sales processes, tools, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities Frontline Sales Support: You’ll serve as a go-to resource for resolving operational blockers that slow down the sales process — from fixing record errors to assisting with quote approvals and troubleshooting common issues. Systems & Tooling Assistance: Help monitor and maintain the health of our sales tech stack. This includes addressing basic system errors, supporting user questions, and escalating more complex issues as needed. Data Integrity & Maintenance: Contribute to the accuracy of our CRM and reporting by identifying and correcting data inconsistencies, duplicates, and misalignments between contracts, opportunities, and records. Reporting & Process Support: Assist with building or updating reports and dashboards for the sales team and reviewing existing ones to catch errors or outdated information. Operational Monitoring: Support routine checks and reviews of sales data and performance indicators to ensure nothing falls through the cracks — like unassigned deals, stalled opportunities, or misrouted accounts. Requirements 1+ year of experience in a Sales, Sales Ops, RevOps, or CRM support role (internships count!) Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform is preferred. Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including confidence working with large datasets. Detail-oriented and organized with a strong sense of ownership Curious and eager to learn new systems and sales operations best practices Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize urgent issues. Comfortable communicating with stakeholders and asking clarifying questions Ability to work in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities. Flexible and comfortable in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities Interested in a long-term path in Sales or Revenue Operations Nice to Have Experience building Salesforce reports and dashboards. Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or similar technologies. Experience working with ticketing or internal support systems. Understanding of common Sales processes, including leads, accounts, opportunities, ownership, and approvals. Experience working in a SaaS or technology company.
