We’re looking for a Locksmith Technician who enjoys hands-on work, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: As part of our service team, you will: Install and service door hardware and locking systems to specification Diagnose and repair mechanical locking devices to meet client expectations Maintain and repair safes, vaults, and high-security locking systems Work with combination locks, including manipulation and drilling Design and maintain master key systems (standard & high-security) Perform cylinder pinning (common and restricted systems) Support the installation and relocation of safes and vaults Assist with refurbishing secure equipment Participate in an on-call rotation and occasional out-of-town work Mechanical aptitude and a hands-on mindset Experience in locksmithing, safe and vault work and door hardware installation and repairs Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to delivering excellent customer service Comfortable using computers and mobile tools in the field Valid driver’s license (required) Must be willing to do and be able to clear a criminal background check Comprehensive paid training through the Gunnebo Training Academy.
