Healthy soil supports healthy plants that grow healthy food. Microorganisms play a key role in health. For people, it is about gut health. As this has become better understood, we have adopted probiotics in our diet to ensure our bodies have the microbes needed to extract nutrients and digest food. Since 2016, HumaTerra has been on a mission to improve soil microbial health by increasing the diversity, density, and resilience of the microorganisms in agricultural and reclaimed land. Today, HumaTerra employs 18 people in rural Canada, providing jobs to highly skilled people in places where we want to live. Our head office and plant in Birch Hills, Saskatchewan is an ultra-modern facility right in the heart of agricultural land that feeds the world.

The operator is responsible for running pelleting mills to meet production targets while maintaining product quality. They must also perform regular equipment maintenance and ensure the facility remains clean and operational.
