Job Description: We are currently seeking a Pelleting Plant Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient operation of pelleting mills, maintenance of all equipment in the plant, ensuring cleanliness and functionality of the facility, and completing daily operations paperwork. Responsibilities Operate pelleting mills to meet production targets while maintaining product quality standards. Conduct regular maintenance on all equipment within the plant to ensure optimal performance. Keep the facility clean, organized, and operational, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards. Complete daily operations paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. Troubleshoot and address any equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime. Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth plant operations. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment. Qualifications Strong understanding of pelleting mill operations and equipment maintenance. Ability to interpret and follow standard operating procedures. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
