Job Description Responsible for the assembly and delivery of patient meals. Duties include preparing and delivery of patient trays, cleaning & warewashing, organizing and stocking supplies and other duties assigned. Minimum Grade 12 education. Must be willing to acquire the Food Handler's Certification. Knowledge of WHMIS and HACCP regulations. Knowledge of industrial food service equipment. Customer service experience preferable in the food service industry Must be organized and detail oriented. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with volunteers and patients, both verbal and written. Position requires long periods of standing, repetitive actions, and significant amounts of bending and lifting. Satisfactory employment and attendance record The ideal candidate is strong in patient centered care in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment and should be ready to drive change and innovation. We require a person with good communication skills with a clear patient focus with the ability to manage execution and to foster teamwork and cooperation.
