Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario Current Heart & Stroke approved Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at time of hire Experience working with and advocating for the elderly Medication administration certification and experience Physical assessment Wound care Enteral feeding experience Maintenance of IV lines Experience with electronic documentation Satisfactory employment and attendance record.
