The Respiratory Therapist manages invasive and non-invasive mechanical ventilation and provides advanced airway support for neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients. They also serve as a key member of the Code Blue team and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans. Candidates must hold a degree from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program and possess a current General Certificate of Registration with the CRTO. Additionally, they must have recent experience in adult critical care, airway management, and hold valid BCLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications.
