The world relies on HPS to continually conceive and produce state-of-the-art transformer technology. We currently have an opening for a Product Management Co-op (Marketing), come grow with us! This is a 4 to 8 month co-op starting in September 2026. JOB OVERVIEW: Reporting to the Director, Product Management, the pricing co-op student will support pricing activities and updates to systems and process. This position requires a strong proficiency in Excel and create clear documentation, following standard guidelines. The student will also assist with any adhoc tasks as needed. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support with day to day requests from sales and marketing to update the pricing system * Work on a project to create pricing templates for the sales teams * Create documentations for pricing processes and plans * Work with the pricing manager to create pricing dashboard and visuals * Analysis to identify how much price we capture in market for accessories and special adders on our products QUALIFICATIONS: * Currently enrolled in a Business, Engineering, MBA or related program * Strong Excel skills (sorting, filtering, validating data) * High attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to follow defined standards and naming conventions * Comfort working with large data files and documentation * Ability to work onsite in the office in Guelph DEADLINE TO APPLY: Friday July 17th, 2026 The hourly rate for this position is $22.15. What you’ll do

The Pricing Co-op will support day-to-day pricing system updates and create pricing templates for sales teams. They will also develop process documentation and pricing dashboards to analyze market capture for accessories.

Requirements

Candidates must be currently enrolled in a Business, Engineering, or MBA program with strong Excel skills. High attention to detail and the ability to work onsite in Guelph are required.
