Job summary
We’re hiring: Ontario Land Surveyor (OLS) & Project Manager If you’re an experienced OLS who wants more ownership, more impact, and a seat at the table, this role delivers. This is not just a technical position. You’ll lead projects from start to finish, work directly with clients, and help shape how surveying integrates into larger development and construction initiatives. What you’ll be doing • Own the full lifecycle of surveying projects, from client consultation and fee proposals through to final deliverables • Lead budgets, timelines, and resources with full accountability • Collaborate with engineers, planners, and project teams to align survey data with real-world outcomes • Oversee field operations and ensure safe, efficient execution • Review and authenticate survey plans and legal documents with precision • Mentor junior team members and elevate overall team performance What you bring • Ontario Land Surveyor (OLS) license • 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory surveying role • Strong project management experience including budgeting and scheduling • Deep knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards • Confidence working directly with clients and stakeholders What sets you apart • Canada Lands Surveyor (CLS) designation or working toward it • Experience with UAV, photogrammetry, or LiDAR • Business development mindset with exposure to proposals and P&L • A drive to grow, lead, and push the profession forward Why this role You’ll have real influence here.
