What your day-to-day life as a financial process optimization advisor will look like: Be responsible for the evolution and optimization of end-to-end financial processes; Analyze current processes, identify opportunities for improvement and recommend effective solutions; Represent business needs with IT teams, integrators and internal partners; Define and document functional needs and participate in the design, configuration and deployment of ERP solutions; Collaborate with end-users and stakeholders to facilitate decision-making and problem-solving; Follow up on deliverables and contribute to the coordination of the various project activities; Support teams in the evolution of processes and in change management; Actively contribute to the culture of continuous improvement within the organization. To be a financial process optimization consultant with us, you must: Hold a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; Have a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience; Have a good understanding of end-to-end financial processes, including general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable; Experience in process improvement and optimization; Be comfortable defining and documenting functional needs and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams; Demonstrate a strong interest in continuous improvement, operational efficiency and process transformation; Experience in ERP implementation or business transformation (an asset); Hold a CPA designation (an asset); Be bilingual in French and English, both orally and in writing; Demonstrate autonomy, rigor, structure and excellent analytical skills; Possess strong communication, collaboration and influence skills; Be comfortable supporting stakeholders in a context of change.
