Review customer RFQs, drawings, and specifications to prepare accurate manufacturing estimates and bid packages, coordinating with sales and CAD support as needed. Track orders from quotation through production and delivery, coordinate with plant teams and customers, and resolve issues involving materials, quality, outside services, and schedule risks.

Lead piece-part and component repair operations, overseeing safety, quality, turnaround time, productivity, cost, delivery, and workforce development. Manage budgets and resources, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate across engineering, quality, supply chain, and operations to support growth and new repair capabilities.
