Job summary
Job Title: Integration Program Manager / Transformation Lead (ERP & Business Integration) Location: Toronto ON M5J 2S1 Canada (remote) Job Type: 12+ months contract Job Description: Lead a large-scale business transformation integrating three businesses into a single operating model, coordinating multiple workstreams across Operations, Finance, Data, Technology, and Business teams. Manage end-to-end enterprise transformation programs involving ERP, CRM, operational systems, custom applications, integrations, and reporting platforms. Drive cross-functional coordination between business stakeholders, technical teams, implementation partners, and executive leadership to ensure successful program delivery. Own program governance, timelines, risks, dependencies, issue resolution, and executive status reporting throughout the transformation lifecycle. Manage Systems Integrators and third-party vendors, holding them accountable for delivery, challenging plans, and ensuring milestones are achieved. Lead all testing and deployment activities, including SIT, UAT, integrated testing, cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare support. Ensure seamless integration of business processes, applications, and data across multiple entities during mergers, acquisitions, or organizational consolidations. Work closely with the CIO and senior leadership to deliver a high-profile strategic transformation with significant business impact. Ideal candidates will have successfully delivered 4–5 of the following within a single enterprise transformation program: large-scale program leadership, ERP & operational systems transformation, vendor management, testing/go-live, and multi-entity integration. Previous experience leading complex enterprise integration or M&A transformation programs involving multiple concurrent workstreams is highly preferred.
