Job Title: Senior Embedded Camera Software Engineer (Qualcomm | Linux) Location: Quebec - Canada - Hybrid Working Contract to hire role Citizens and Permanent Residents and those authorized to work in the Canada are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor Visa or any work authorizations at this time This position requires eligibility to obtain a Canadian government security clearance ****************************** We're looking for an experienced Senior Embedded Camera Software Engineer to join an innovative team developing next-generation embedded imaging solutions. What you'll bring: Strong experience with embedded software development in C/C++ and Python Hands-on expertise developing camera drivers using MIPI CSI-2, I2C, and SPI Experience with Embedded Linux, Android, or RTOS environments Knowledge of camera bring-up, imaging pipelines, and low-level hardware interfaces Familiarity with Qualcomm Snapdragon, CamX, CHI, and Camera HAL is highly preferred Experience with tools such as OpenCV, CUDA, TensorRT, GStreamer, Git, and CMake is a plus Exposure to NVIDIA Jetson/AGX Orin, AI imaging, or computer vision is an advantage Requirements: 3+ years of embedded software or camera systems experience Eligible to obtain Canadian Government Reliability Security Clearance If you have a passion for embedded imaging, camera technologies, and building software close to the hardware, I'd love to connect.
