About The Role We are currently looking for a Senior Web Designer, you will take ownership of the visual identity and user experience across our entire web and product lifecycle. We are looking for someone who is web-focused first but highly capable of delivering exceptional mobile-first designs. Since our ecosystem values highly interactive elements, a strong background or deep knowledge of game UI/UX would be perfect for this role. This is a temporary full-time position from September 2026 to March 2027. You Will Drive Web & Mobile Designs: Build beautiful, responsive, and intuitive layouts optimized primarily for web environments, while ensuring a seamless, high-performance mobile-first user experience. Shape UI Foundations & Design Systems: Evolve and manage our design system based on Atomic Design principles (atoms → molecules → organisms), delivering consistent, clean, and developer-friendly design tokens and components in Figma. Architect User Journeys: Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes that map out complex, multi-tiered application structures. Collaborate & Review: Participate in requirements engineering within agile workflows, lead design reviews, provide structured feedback to developers, and bridge the gap between design concepts and front-end reality. Test and Iterate: Work closely with product managers and engineers to conduct usability testing, review live implementations, and continuously refine user interactions. You Have Senior-Level Design Experience: A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing high-fidelity web designs, intuitive user interfaces, and mobile-first layouts. Strong Prototyping & System Abstraction: Deep hands-on experience with modern design tools (such as Figma) and building reusable, scalable component systems utilizing Atomic Design methodology. Responsive & Mobile-First Mindset: A proven track record of designing highly responsive layouts that translate beautifully across desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints. Developer-Empathy & Technical Touchpoints: A strong understanding of modern front-end capabilities (HTML, CSS, React, and layout engines) to design with development feasibility in mind. Nice-to-Have Game UI/UX Knowledge: Prior experience designing for game interfaces, interactive dashboards, HUDs, or gamified web applications. Interactive Graphics & Motion: Experience creating micro-interactions, animations, and understanding how interactive 2D/3D Canvas elements or WebGL enhance user experiences. Strong Communication & Documentation: Proven experience writing clear design specs, developer hand-off documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional, specialized internal teams. Time Zone Requirements Regular business hours in the Eastern Time Zone.
