Scrum Master

Scrum Master Location: Hybrid — 1–2 days per week on-site in downtown Toronto Overview Enverta Digital, Part of Havas Canada, is a marketing technology and customer engagement consultancy that helps brands design, build, and optimize modern marketing ecosystems. Working at the intersection of data, technology, and customer experience, we partner closely with clients to deliver CRM strategy, marketing operations, and scalable martech solutions. We are seeking a Scrum Master who drives day-to-day delivery across digital projects — including email, web, and technical initiatives. This role blends Agile project management, team coordination, and delivery oversight. You will partner with cross-functional teams to establish and align on project requirements, scope, processes, and timelines, while tracking progress, managing risks, and keeping work moving through the full project lifecycle. You will identify and escalate risks or blockers when additional support is needed to keep projects on track. Duties & Responsibilities: Develop, maintain and execute project plans from planning through to implementation, deployment and post-production Responsible for identifying, communicating, monitoring, and responding to risk Communicate effectively and set clear expectations on deliverables and timelines Monitor and control project change requests and assess their overall impact on project scope & schedule Qualifications: 5+ years project management experience working in an agency setting Excellent communication skills with the ability to present in a clear and concise way Proven time management skills, able to handle conflicting priorities and juggle multiple projects Knowledge of MS Office/Project, Jira and Confluence Solutions oriented focus with the ability to work through issues with the team Agency/Consulting Shop Experience Knowledge of Email/Web process workflow Prior Experience working within an agency function (Developer, QA Analyst) Nice-to-have: Experience working with enterprise sized multi-national clients Ability to understand technologies applicable to a chosen project and facilitate resolution of technical issues as they arise What Makes This Role Unique Work across Agile delivery, project coordination, and cross-functional operations Opportunity to support projects within modern CRM and martech ecosystems Close collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams to keep projects aligned and moving forward Exposure to leading platforms and technologies including Salesforce, Adobe, Microsoft, and Braze Additional Information This role represents an active vacancy at Enverta Digital (a Havas company). The base salary range for this position is CAD $80,000 to $120,000, with final compensation determined based on factors such as work location, skills, experience, and background. The Scrum Master drives day-to-day delivery of digital projects, including email, web, and technical initiatives. They are responsible for developing project plans, managing risks, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely implementation.

Candidates need over 5 years of project management experience within an agency or consulting setting. Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and MS Office, along with knowledge of email and web workflows, is required.
