Bilingual Customer Service Representative 12 Month Contract Calgary- ONSITE $35- $39 Hourly Position Summary As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service and relationship management to existing and prospective wholesale customers across a national sales network. You will act as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, account management, CRM administration, and sales support activities while working collaboratively with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities Deliver professional customer service in both French and English through phone, email, and written correspondence. Coordinate, create, and respond to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities related to existing customer accounts and the setup of new accounts. Process customer requests regarding account maintenance, pricing updates, tax exemptions, and account changes. Create, maintain, and update customer master data within D365 CRM for sales, credit, and customer service teams. Support Direct Sales, Retail Sales, Wholesale Distributors, and account management teams with customer information and account administration. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Asset Management, Credit, and Invoicing teams to establish and maintain customer accounts. Generate customer reports and provide recommendations on best practices for utilizing company product management platforms. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Ensure accuracy and integrity of customer records, account information, and CRM data. Assist with account onboarding, customer documentation, and administrative support activities. Maintain strong customer relationships while supporting business growth and operational efficiency. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards in all customer interactions. Qualifications Fluent verbal and written communication skills in French and English. Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, business administration, sales support, marketing, or a related field. Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Administration, or a related discipline. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience with CRM systems; exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is considered an asset. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent problem-solving and relationship-building abilities. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
