Director – Inventory, Customer Order Management & Logistics ( CPG Food Health & Beauty) Location: Mississauga - Burlington - Milton , ON Base Salary: 150K -175K , bonus , Benefits Full Time Permanent 3 days a week on Site 20% travel -Canada & US (candidates must be passport holders of such countries that enable travel to the US without visa, due to the complexity and urgency of the role) Experienced in managing 3PL warehouses & 3rd party carriers Experienced in leading & managing CSR teams, Order Management & 3rd party Logistics Supply Chain KPIs SLAs -Tier 1 Retail Customers Walmart, Loblaw and similar Food, Consumer Packaged Goods, Health & Beauty and similar Our client is a well-established leader in the food industry / CPG industry and have an existing job open for Director – Inventory, Customer Order Management & Logistics. The role is fully responsible for Customer Supply Chain, Customer Order Fulfillment , Customer Supply Chain SLAs and Customer Logistics SOPs and KPIs. This requires minimum 3 days on site in West Mississauga - Burlington -Milton area and will involve 20-30% travel to the US. This is a hands-on yet strategic role, will lead Customer Service Rep CSR teams and Logistics Team leads. Director – Inventory, Customer Order Management & Logistics will be fully responsible for overseeing Customer Supply Chain, Customer Service Representatives, Customer Order Management and Customer Supply Chain KPIs. You will work directly with Tier 1 retailers like Walmart Canada, Walmart USA, Loblaw, Metro , Sobeys and similar; establish Supply Chain SLAs , improve performance on Customer order fulfillment and identify opportunities for improvement. This is a continuous improvement role analysing Customer Supply Chain KPIs, data. You will also manage performance of 3rd party Warehouse Operation 3PL, define KPIs, SlA and score cards and manage performance of 3rd party carriers. You will provide leadership to the CSR team, Logistics Lead, Inventory and similar. Director – Inventory, Customer Order Management & Logistics will have minimum 8-10 years in Supply Chain dealing with Tier 1 retail customers (Walmart Canada & Walmart USA highly preferred); with 8+ years in leadership roles managing CSR Customer Service Reps, Logistics providers, 3PL and 3rd party carriers wit CPG. Bachelor’s degree highly preferred, MBA; courses in P. Log, CITT, CCLP or similar with excellent English communication skills, This requires travel of up to 30% to US. GMP HACCP and Health Canada compliance transportation spends, budgets, RFP RFQ, Food CPG experience all help.
