Replenishment Planning / Transportation / DC Management Distribution Centre Operations Management Distribution Centre - Inventory Replenishment Fulfillment Logistics Budgetary Responsibility; Operating Costs management Continuous Improvement, Lean Six Sigma, Process Optimization, Productivity Inventory Planning /Replenishment / Transportation /Inbound Outbound Ecommerce Pick Pack Our client is a well-established leader in the CPG / retail / industry / Distribution Supply Chain industry and have an existing job open for Director of Operations / Distribution Centre Leader for their Distribution Centre / Fulfillment Centre / DC/ Warehouse. The role is fully responsible for the Operating Costs, Budgets, P&L, KPIs Productivity, Operational Efficiency, Inventory and People leadership and works very closely with Supply Chain Planning, S&OP, Inventory, Logistics & Transportation. This is a Continuous Improvement / Process Improvement role experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Process Improvement, Data Analytics is a MUST. This requires 5 days on site. This is a heavy Data and KPI driven environment and is best suited for data driven Supply Chain Planning & Operations leaders. Director of Operations / Distribution Centre Leader will be fully responsible for order fulfillment, Productivity (heavily KPI driven environment) overseeing people leaders -managers of the DC operations pick pack, ecommerce fulfilment, inventory and HR. You will manage budgets for labour, capital, maintenance and automation and work closely with inbound / outbound teams for flawless operational efficiencies. You will work with Replenishment teams, Demand, Supply & Forecasting teams. Director of Operations / Distribution Centre Leader will ideally have minimum 8-10 years in overall Supply Chain Planning, Replenishment / Transportation / Logistics S&OP along with 3-4 years in leading Distribution Centres. Strong acumen for numbers, analytics, KPI management is a MUST for this role. Lean Six Sigma experience in Supply Chain operations helps. Bachelors Degree is a MUST (no exceptions) Additional Courses in Lean Six Sigma P. Log, CITT, CCLP or similar preferred; excellent English communication skills.
