Job summary

6 month contract with potential for extension We are seeking an experienced Finance Change Lead to support a large-scale finance transformation initiative within a global organization. This role will play a key part in driving the people side of change related to system implementation, process transformation, organizational change, and finance modernization initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders, project leaders, finance teams, and business partners to ensure successful adoption of new ways of working across the organization. Responsibilities Lead change management activities for finance transformation initiatives. Develop and execute change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and communication plans. Conduct impact assessments and identify organizational risks associated with change. Build and maintain change roadmaps and implementation plans. Partner with project teams to support system implementations and process changes. Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple business functions and leadership levels. Develop executive presentations, communications, and reporting materials. Track change readiness, adoption metrics, and project KPIs. Support initiatives involving process transformation, system implementation, organizational redesign, and integration activities. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in Change Management, Business Transformation, or Finance Transformation. Experience supporting ERP, technology, or finance system implementations. Strong understanding of finance operations and finance transformation programs. Experience working within large, complex organizations. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. Strong communication and presentation abilities. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments. Preferred Experience Finance transformation programs. M&A integration or organizational consolidation projects. Shared services or outsourcing initiatives. Consulting background. Change management certifications considered an asset. French/English bilingualism is an asset.
