Hazpro’s services include Company Description Hazpro Environmental Ltd. provides hazardous-material removal, abatement, and remediation services throughout Victoria and Vancouver Island. Since 2008, we have worked with homeowners, contractors, property managers, businesses, and institutions on asbestos, mould, vermiculite, lead-paint, biohazard, odour, and other remediation projects. Role Description We’re hiring a full-time Haztech in Victoria, BC. You’ll assist with hazardous-material removal and remediation projects, set up containment areas, use tools and equipment, maintain clean job sites, and follow Hazpro safety procedures and WorkSafeBC requirements. Qualifications No previous abatement experience required Comfortable with physical, hands-on work Able to follow safety procedures and instructions Must be able to pass a respirator fit test Reliable and able to work well with a team Construction or remediation experience is an asset Valid driver’s licence is an asset

Requirements

No previous abatement experience is required, but candidates must be comfortable with physical work and able to pass a respirator fit test. A valid driver's license and prior construction or remediation experience are considered assets.
