RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide customized facials, treatments, and consultations using our natural skincare products and protocols, with a focus on techniques such as manual lymphatic facial massage, head, arm, shoulder and foot massage as well as the use of ancient Chinese tools. Offer optional consultations to guide clients in developing a skincare routine that addresses their unique concerns and goals. Educate clients about the benefits of natural and holistic skincare and how to maintain results at home. Foster a warm, welcoming environment where clients feel relaxed, valued, and cared for. Maintain a clean, professional treatment space that reflects our commitment to quality and safety. Assist clients in selecting products that align with their needs and preferences, offering thoughtful recommendations. Stay informed about the latest trends in natural skincare and wellness, ensuring your techniques and knowledge remain fresh. Participate in occasional workshops, events, and promotions that connect our community with our mission. QUALIFICATIONS Certification from an esthetician's educational or training institution. A genuine love for natural skincare and holistic approaches to wellness. Experience providing skincare treatments and consultations with a client-centred approach. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a kind and approachable demeanour. Knowledge of skincare brands like LESSE, Activist, Monastery, Vintner’s Daughter, Susanne Kaufmann and Province Apothecary, or a willingness to learn. A commitment to learning and growing within the natural skincare field. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. WHAT WE OFFER $20-23 per hour, based on experience, plus 10% commission on all your facial brand sales, a bonus structure and 100% of tips received. 4% vacation pay. 35% discount on all products in the shop.
