The Assessor Coordinator - Degree provides screening, triage, assessment for urgency/risk, and coordinates case assignments. The position facilitates crisis response and short-term support for services to clients presenting with a variety of mental health and addictions issues. The Assessor Coordinator - Degree provides consultation to Community Agencies and Programs, regarding services available in Mental Health and Addiction Services (MHAS). The incumbent is responsible for screening, triaging, and coordinating initial service requests for mental health and addictions programs. They facilitate crisis response, perform risk assessments, and provide consultation to community agencies regarding available services.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in a related Health Science or Social Science discipline. A valid Class 5 driver's license and the ability to travel within the service delivery area are required.
