They collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to manage patient transitions and provide care across various hospital and community settings. Candidates must be registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario or be eligible for registration soon. A Ministry of Labour 'Health and Safety Awareness in 4 Steps' certificate is also required.

Requirements
