Position Overview As a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse for our Flu/Covid Vaccination Clinics, you will play a crucial role in administering Flu and Covid-19 vaccinations to individuals within the Greater Victoria area. This position offers flexibility with minimal shift commitments, making it an ideal opportunity for those seeking part-time or flexible work to support holiday spending, home renovations, or any other significant expenses. Key Responsibilities Administer Flu vaccinations to patients following established protocols and procedures. Ensure accurate documentation of patient information and vaccination details. Provide excellent patient care and address any questions or concerns related to vaccinations. Collaborate with our healthcare team to ensure efficient clinic operations. Seasonal Schedule The Flu/Covid vaccination clinics will operate from October to January. We offer flexible scheduling, allowing you to choose shifts that fit your availability. Shifts will be available at 7 convenient locations across Greater Victoria. Qualifications Valid registration and in good standing with the British Columbia College of Nursing Professionals (BCCNP). Previous experience in administering vaccinations is an asset but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Empathetic and patient-centered approach to healthcare.
