What You’ll Do As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll help drive the execution of strategic marketing initiatives that elevate our brand and support business growth. You will: Research customer behaviors, purchasing habits, market trends, and preferences to uncover valuable insights Plan, design, and execute impactful marketing campaigns across multiple channels Create and manage digital campaigns, including email marketing and social media initiatives Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, lead generation, and overall effectiveness Coordinate company events, product launches, and customer engagement activities from concept to execution Partner with the design team and external vendors to develop compelling promotional materials Support the rollout of new products and services with cohesive, brand-aligned promotional activities Prepare clear, insightful reports and presentations using sales and marketing data Oversee social media accounts to ensure strong branding, audience engagement, and consistency Assist with marketing budget planning and management to align spending with strategic priorities Measure ROI across campaigns and identify opportunities for continuous improvement What You Bring We’re looking for someone who combines creativity with precision and can move seamlessly between strategy, execution, and analysis. You’ll be a great fit if you have: Proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator or in a similar marketing role A degree in Marketing or a related field Strong knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing channels Solid understanding of SEO/SEM and digital campaign strategy Experience with market research, data analysis, and analytics tools Hands-on experience managing social media advertising, email marketing, and digital campaigns Strong technical skills, including MS Office, Google Analytics, and Google Ads Familiarity with CRM and CMS platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or WordPress Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills A sharp eye for detail and a creative, solutions-focused mindset Bonus Points If You Have Experience with paid social platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads Proficiency with Adobe, Photoshop, Canva, etc. Knowledge of marketing automation tools and workflows Experience working with external vendors and managing marketing budgets Why Join Us This is your chance to be part of a team where creativity is valued, collaboration is encouraged, and your work makes a visible impact.
