Mining Surveyor

Maintain underground survey control through laser installations and check surveys, operate drones for LiDAR scans, prepare layouts, and manage survey data and plans. Track development rounds, complete month-end reporting, contribute to production meetings, provide performance feedback, and maintain accurate records in compliance with company standards.

Maintenance Planner

On-site · Marathon

Plan, schedule, and optimize routine maintenance and preventative maintenance programs for Hemlo’s processing facilities and ancillary equipment, coordinating work with Production and Maintenance teams. Manage SAP work orders, backlog prioritization, procurement, compliance tracking, and maintenance documentation while supporting safe, efficient operations and continuous improvement.

Ventilation Specialist

Lead the design, management, optimization, and continuous improvement of the underground mine ventilation system, including ventilation plans, surveys, monitoring, models, and infrastructure. Collaborate with mine operations and technical teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant airflow, support projects and planning, and provide technical guidance to personnel.

Technical Services Manager

Lead the mine’s technical functions, including short- and long-term planning, geology, surveying, ground control, stope design, and ore recovery, while aligning plans with production targets and reserve strategy. Manage and develop a multidisciplinary technical team, collaborate with site departments, and drive improvements in productivity, reconciliation, planning accuracy, and cost efficiency.

Reliability Engineer
