Job Purpose In this role, you will be on the front line of our business, working with our customers on our Cold Lake site to drive a high level of service aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience. Your focus will be on providing solutions to our customers through product application knowledge while ensuring accuracy of transactions. Able to answer equipment needs Answer all incoming calls on the counter and deal with walk-in traffic Resolve customer inquiries and deal with any issues or concerns Provide customers with expert advice on the selection and operation of all the various types of tools and equipment Generate additional sales revenue through superior customer service on all existing orders Write up rental agreements Source available equipment from other branches within the region Schedule delivery and pick up of equipment Support all team members Other duties as assigned Skills Team player Ability to make outbound calls and generate sales Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Adhere to our “safety first” mentality, at all times Demonstrate initiative and strong organizational skills Exceptional communication skills while maintaining a professional customer service focused attitude Requirements Ability to pass a Federal Criminal Background check 2 years of previous equipment rental industry experience working on the counter Fluent in Rental Man Must have valid driver’s license A recent and clean abstract will be required Req #: 71075 Type: [[addReplace]] Pay Range: $36 - 39 per hour plus quarterly profit share Please be advised that the actual salary offered for any position is subject to the company's sole discretion and may be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, location, and overall fit for the role.
