We are currently seeking a Raw Materials Planner to join our team of passionate employees. Reporting to the Manager of Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC), the Raw Materials Planner will be responsible for: Establishing and maintaining raw material vendor relationships Using SAP to ensure the consistent and adequate supply of raw materials needed for production Assisting the PPIC Manager to anticipate any raw material conflicts affecting production schedule Creating vendor forecasts and purchase orders Maintaining SAP master data and vendor contracts Job Requirements: University degree OR College diploma in business, logistics, material planning, or equivalent Proficiency with software systems including MS Office and SAP 1-3 years’ experience in a fast-paced production environment with SAP experience would be an asset Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement Principals would be an asset Excellent communication skills Why you should join us: Company Culture At Highbury, we are more than just a company.
