Job summary

About HighView Located in Toronto and Vancouver, HighView Partners is a talent search firm dedicated to providing recruitment solutions to the real estate industry in Canada. Our mission is to connect people who perform and make a lasting impact on the industry. We’ve built a strong brand and marketing platform over the past several years, and we’re now looking for someone who can help us take it further. Your New Role Reporting to HighView’s Partners, the Marketing Specialist will take ownership of marketing across the business, working closely with our recruitment team in Vancouver and Toronto. This is a broad, hands-on role covering content, digital marketing, social media, podcasts, research, email campaigns, events and recruitment marketing. We want someone who will bring ideas and think about how marketing can strengthen our relationships, grow our profile and support the continued growth of the business. You’ll inherit plenty to work with, including an established podcast, annual Compensation Guide, LinkedIn presence, website, newsletters, events and a growing library of content. We don’t want someone simply to maintain it. We want you to help make it better. Your responsibilities will include: Developing marketing campaigns that keep HighView visible and relevant to our clients, candidates and wider network. Managing HighView’s LinkedIn presence and helping our consultants build their individual profiles. Coordinating our podcast and finding creative ways to turn long-form conversations into useful content across different channels. Supporting the production and promotion of our annual Real Estate Compensation Guide and other industry research and content. Managing newsletters and email marketing, from content and distribution through to measuring engagement. Producing recruitment campaigns, executive search materials and client-facing collateral. Supporting our website, events, sponsorships and other industry initiatives. Using analytics to understand what is working and identify opportunities to improve. Monitoring the market and bringing new ideas into the business. Exploring how AI, automation and emerging technology can improve our marketing, research and processes. This isn’t a sales role. Our Partners and consultants will continue to lead client relationships and business development. Your role is to make those efforts more effective through good content, campaigns, insights and visibility. What Sets You Apart We’re looking for someone who is creative, organized and proactive, but also understands the connection between good marketing, strong relationships and business growth. You’ll ideally bring: 4+ years of marketing, communications or content experience. Strong writing skills and the ability to turn ideas into clear, engaging content. Experience managing LinkedIn and other digital marketing channels. Experience with newsletters, email campaigns and CRM systems. Strong working knowledge of Canva or similar design tools. Experience producing or editing video, podcasts or other multimedia content. An understanding of marketing analytics and an interest in measuring what works. Curiosity about AI and automation, and an interest in finding smarter ways to work. The confidence to work directly with busy Partners and consultants, chase us when necessary and keep projects moving. A willingness to bring forward ideas, challenge how we do things and take ownership of your work. Experience in real estate, recruitment or professional services would be helpful, but it isn’t essential. We’re more interested in finding someone with the right combination of marketing ability, curiosity and initiative. What You Can Expect You can expect to work in a friendly, supportive, professional and fun environment where you’ll be made to feel part of the team from day one. You’ll work directly with our Partners and recruitment team and have a genuine opportunity to influence how we market the business. We’ll provide guidance and support, but also give you the freedom to experiment, challenge us and introduce new ideas. We’re particularly interested in how AI and automation can remove repetitive work and create more time for creativity, relationships and higher-value marketing. You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you should be curious about what’s possible and interested in experimenting. The role can be based in either Vancouver or Toronto, with flexibility to work between home and our office. A competitive base salary will be offered, along with bonus incentives. Next Steps If you’re looking for a marketing role where you can take ownership, try new things and make a visible contribution to a growing business, we’d like to hear from you. Please apply through the posting. We look forward to connecting with you to discuss the opportunity further. Thank you for your interest in joining HighView Partners.
