Design and sell engineered modular support solutions, prepare project bid packages, coordinate BIM and engineering deliverables, and oversee bills of materials and order fulfillment. Build customer and contractor relationships, support installation and technical training, monitor project performance, and contribute to sales strategy.

Lead cross-functional teams to capture construction project opportunities, convert specifications into sales, and build relationships with key client and project stakeholders. Manage the opportunity pipeline, coordinate project resources and approvals, support commercial and legal proposals, and track project execution, schedules, and outcomes.

Handle inbound customer contacts across phone, fax, email, and chat, providing customer service, consultative sales, technical assistance, and product support.
