Responsibilities To successfully fill this role, you should be able to demonstrate the following to the highest standards: Provide exceptional customer service following the Frenchy standard steps of service Serve guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner focusing on delivering a memorable guest experience Confidently recommend menu offerings and accommodate dietary restrictions Follow correct reporting procedures and assist in guest recovery situations Ensure all food and beverage orders meet quality standards and are delivered promptly Maintain brand standards and strive to achieve departmental targets as a team Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas Ensure floor stations are stocked appropriately Qualifications What are we looking for? Minimum of 3 years of experience serving in elevated restaurants POS systems, payment systems, and other related applications required Positive attitude, problem solver, and team player Excellent communication and relationship skills for guests and team members alike Ability to maintain a professional demeanour Wine knowledge considered an asset Must be available to work weekends and public holidays Smart Serve Certified.
