Job Description En tant que Serveur (H/F), vous serez responsable de préparer la mise en place pour le service, de décrire le menu, prendre les commandes et les transmettre à la cuisine et de fournir un service exceptionnel aux clients en veillant à leur satisfaction et à leur confort. Responsibilities Accueillir les clients, prendre les commandes et assurer un service courtois et professionnel. Servir les repas et les boissons en respectant les normes de qualité de l’hôtel. Veiller à la satisfaction des clients et répondre à leurs demandes tout au long du service. Préparer et entretenir les tables ainsi que les aires de service propres et organisées. Collaborer avec l’équipe de cuisine et les autres services de l’hôtel pour offrir une expérience client de qualité. Qualifications Une année d’expérience à titre de serveur dans un établissement de même envergure; Avoir réussi un cours en service aux tables Connaissances en vins, bière et spiritueux; Service à la clientèle exemplaire; Bilingue (français et anglais); Bon sens de l’organisation; Bonne mémoire Rapidité d’exécution Rigueur, responsabilité et autonomie; Flexibilité et ponctualité; Dynamisme. What you’ll do

Requirements

Requires one year of experience as a server in a similar establishment and completion of a table service course. Candidates must be bilingual in French and English with strong knowledge of wines, beers, and spirits.
