They joined this year to scale it, and they were once the buyer on one of the largest parcel hub projects in Canadian history. Your deals are career-defining: one win can be the reference story for the next decade. WHAT THEY NEED: Maturity, patience and the backbone to stay in a deal for 18 months. Specifically, they're looking for: 8+ years in enterprise B2B sales or key account management in automation, intralogistics, material handling or industrial technology A track record closing large, integrated, multi-million-dollar solution deals: sortation, AS/RS, conveyors, robotics, AMRs or the software that runs them Full professional fluency in French and English. You negotiate in both. Non-negotiable. Real comfort with the RFP process, ideally from the side that helps write it Credibility on the warehouse floor and in the boardroom, often on the same day An entrepreneurial self-starter who works independently and doesn't need hand-holding An engineering, business or supply chain degree is an asset.
