Lead, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff. Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members. Prepare staff schedules and coordinate daily shifts. Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction. Monitor food quality, presentation, portion control, and service standards. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety requirements. Manage inventory, purchasing, stock levels, and product availability. Monitor sales, labour costs, expenses, and overall restaurant performance. Handle customer concerns and resolve service issues professionally. Implement procedures to improve operational efficiency and service quality. Support promotional activities, sales initiatives, and business development. Prepare operational reports and provide updates to senior management. Maintain a professional, positive, and productive workplace environment. ⭐ QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Food Service Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, or similar role. Proven experience managing restaurant or food service operations. Strong leadership and team-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and restaurant operating standards. Experience with staff scheduling, inventory, and daily operations. Strong organizational and decision-making abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
