You will oversee customer satisfaction, delivery performance, backlog execution, inventory effectiveness, revenue realization, and operational excellence while aligning Canadian operations with the North America Spare Parts strategy and operating model. Working across Sales, Service Operations, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, Project Management, Warehousing, Logistics, and Finance, you will support customer commitments, standardized processes, organizational development, and sustainable business growth. How You'll Make an Impact Manage the Canadian Parts Operations organization, including operational performance, financial results, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and profitable growth. Execute the North America Parts strategy and represent Canada in operational reviews, strategic initiatives, performance management, and business transformation activities. Coordinate material planning, order execution, and delivery activities supporting projects, outages, modernization programs, and emergency response requirements. Manage and develop the Parts Operations team through clear performance expectations, development plans, succession strategies, and effective resource allocation. Oversee customer on-time delivery, backlog execution, revenue conversion, demand forecasting, inventory planning, replenishment, and material availability. Implement North America Spare Parts standards, operating procedures, governance models, performance metrics, and continuous improvement programs across Canada. Support digital transformation, process automation, reporting, and process harmonization across multiple business units. Use SAP, dashboards, performance metrics, and operational data to improve visibility, forecasting, planning, risk mitigation, and performance improvement. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your Background Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in Canada. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered. Five to seven years of experience in Spare Parts Management, Aftermarket Services, Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, Customer Fulfillment, or Operations Management. Minimum three years of leadership experience managing and developing teams. Sound understanding of demand planning, order management, inventory management, procurement, logistics, project support, and service supply chain processes, along with experience managing customer delivery performance and operational execution. Solid SAP knowledge, including MRP, Service Orders, Sales Orders, MTO, Inventory Management, Material Master Data, and related business processes. Ability to travel up to twenty percent within Canada and North America.
