This is a full-time, in-person position. Key Responsibilities * Read and understand construction design documents and specifications. * Perform construction cost estimates and quantity surveys for various scopes of work. * Manage cost and design issues throughout project phases. * Coordinate and manage trades, with exposure to BIM processes. * Oversee all purchasing required to support projects, including scope coordination, proposal evaluation, trade negotiations, and contracting. Qualifications Required: * Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related construction/engineering field. * 4-6 years of experience in construction management, preconstruction, or estimating. * Outstanding communication and time management skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and scheduling software. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. * Willingness to relocate. #LI-KM1 Actual compensation within the range will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, education, and geographic location.
