This is a full-time, in-person position. Key Responsibilities Read and understand construction design documents and specifications. Perform construction cost estimates and quantity surveys for various scopes of work. Manage cost and design issues throughout project phases. Coordinate and manage trades, with exposure to BIM processes. Oversee all purchasing required to support projects, including scope coordination, proposal evaluation, trade negotiations, and contracting. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related construction/engineering field. 4-6 years of experience in construction management, preconstruction, or estimating. Outstanding communication and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and scheduling software. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
