Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes Support clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands or transportation Follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate documentation of care provided Requirements Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant, PSW, or in a related caregiving role preferred Personal Support Worker (PSW) certificate or equivalent training Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first attitude Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to pass the PSW, Home Health Aide Assessment Ability to pass the DEARS (Drugs and Ethics) assessment. Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
