The Client Care Manager is a leadership role for a proactive, take-charge LPN or RN. The Client Care Manager enjoys building strong relationships and creating a positive client and family experience. The role combines oversight of client care, quality standards, team collaboration, and community engagement to help ensure consistent, high-quality support throughout each client’s care journey. Responsibilities Help maintain and ensure strong standards of care Manage and support day-to-day client care experience Oversee and strengthen the care assessment and quality assurance process Collaborate with the service team to support continuity of care Monitor service quality, client satisfaction, and team performance Maintain relationships with healthcare providers, senior living communities, and community partners Participate in community outreach and referral activities as needed Participate in the rotating after-hours escalation schedule What We’re Looking For Current LPN or RN designation in good standing in Nova Scotia 5+ years' experience in senior care, home care, community healthcare, or a related setting Proactive, confident, and comfortable taking initiative Supervisory experience is an asset Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Professional, compassionate approach Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle Why Home Instead Competitive compensation Matching Group RRSP Health and dental benefits Learning and career development opportunities A supportive, collaborative team environment If you are looking for a leadership role where you can support a strong team and help deliver an exceptional experience for seniors and their families, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current LPN or RN designation in good standing in Nova Scotia with over 5 years of experience in senior or community healthcare. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.
