*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. *Duties* * Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. * Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish amenities as needed. * Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and equipment. * Vacuum carpets and clean floors using appropriate cleaning methods. * Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. * Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. * Assist with laundry duties as required, including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens. * Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred; hotel experience is a plus. * Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products used in hospitality settings. * Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards guests and staff. * Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. * Experience in industrial cleaning or custodial services is advantageous.
