Position: Night Attendant Location: Kitchener, ON Type: Existing vacancy Hours: 40 hours per week Compensation: $38,500 Homestead is seeking Night Attendants for a community of buildings in Kitchener. The hours for this full-time position is 11pm-8am. The successful candidate will be responsible for patrolling the area and providing security, minor cleaning to ensure the premises is free of garbage, emergency maintenance jobs (floods), and customer service (answering the phones, responding to tenants' inquiries, and tracking actionable items for the day staff to follow up on).
