Superintendent- Sarnia (Live-In)

Position: Superintendent Location: Sarnia, ON Type: Existing vacancy Hours: 40 hours per week, plus weekend shifts and on-call Compensation Range (includes salary, taxable apartment benefit & shift premium): $42,000 - $ 61,000 Overview As a Superintendent at Homestead, you will be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep and operation of the building, including maintaining clean and safe common areas, completing minor maintenance and work orders, supporting tenant relations, and ensuring a welcoming, well-managed environment for residents and visitors.
