Horizon is a family and we are excited to be growing! A Foreman's role is to complete all assigned field projects within assigned deadlines and budgets while managing a crew of workers. They are required to take ownership of the entire onsite operation of a project. In relation to that a supervisors' role is to facilitate an environment of growth for employees, manage relations with general contractor and subcontractors, and achieve overall project success. Requirements

Candidates need at least 5 years of industry experience, including leadership experience and a clean driver's abstract. Proficiency with mobile equipment and a post-secondary trade education or Red Seal in Landscaping/Horticulture is preferred.
