You have experience in a healthcare, medical education, or academic workplace. You have a moderate to advanced proficiency level in Microsoft Office applications. Post-secondary diploma or degree in Office Administration, Education, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience). Demonstrated ability to work independently and as an effective member of a team. Able to create and maintain working relationships with internal and external partners, agencies, and universities. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Ability to attend work regularly and maintain a good attendance record is required. Close attention to detail, initiative, professionalism, and sound judgment, including a high regard for confidentiality. Written and spoken competence in English at an advanced level is required. What You Will Do Correspondence and Inquiries: Receive, process, and respond appropriately to learner correspondence and inquiries from faculty, applicants, and external stakeholders. Learner Records: Create, maintain, and ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of medical learner schedules and related documentation. Receive, process, and document approvals of undergraduate medical student electives Process travel claims for both postgraduate and undergraduate medical learners Provide in-person facility orientation for all postgraduate and undergraduate medical learners. Input access requests for all incoming medical learners Provide back-up assistance for learner apartment accommodations as needed Note: These are the basic and primary duties of the position; additional related duties may be assigned as required. Requirements

Requires 2–3 years of administrative experience, preferably in healthcare, medical education, or an academic setting, and moderate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office. Applicants need a post-secondary diploma or degree in Office Administration, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience), strong organizational and communication skills, and advanced English proficiency.
