PAL Airlines is currently recruiting for a Flight Attendant Training Coordinator to join our team in St. John's, NL. In the role of Flight Attendant Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for: Conduct and schedule in-flight inspections Train Flight Attendants in accordance with approved training program Prepare changes to in-flight service/training program and coordinate changes with the Cabin Safety Department Maintain Flight Attendant electronic training files Oversight and maintenance of documents required on the C-EFBs Monitor on-line training courses to ensure courses are issued and completed Implementation and development of training manuals Develop training materials in accordance with the Company Training Standard Monitor and bring forth improvements to be made in training processes to management; develop strategies for process improvement Travel as required for training assignments Conduct audits for cabin safety Other duties as assigned The successful candidate will be required to maintain currency as an on-line flight attendant and fly as required to audit and ensure service standards. Qualifications Minimum two years experience as a flight attendant Fluent in both English and French would be considered an asset Why work for PAL Airlines?
