This is a flexible, performance-based role that works around your shifts and your life. If you've got a strong network, love sports, and can talk to anyone, this role will pay off. What You'll Do Drive app growth through word-of-mouth, social media, and direct outreach: online or in person. Leverage your existing network to spread the word, whether that's your crew on site, your group chats, or your social following. Organically grow your reach by introducing HotTakes to new communities, while educating peers on responsible, informed sports betting. Collect user feedback and collaborate with the internal team to improve the product. Build brand awareness through your personal and professional network. You'd Be a Great Fit if You Are: A current resident in Alberta. Are looking for a flexible side gig that fits around your existing schedule - whether that's shift work, a full-time job, or anything in between. Passionate about sports and sports culture. Active in local rec sports leagues, community groups, or social circles. Comfortable working in a performance-based role. Confident, outgoing, and self-motivated. Able to work independently while taking feedback and direction. Compensation & Time Commitment Commission-Based: Earn directly based on the users you bring in - the bigger your network and hustle, the bigger your paycheque.
