Work Location: Longueuil, QC Contract Duration: Up to Q1 2028 Language Requirement: Mandatory bilingual proficiency (French & English) Key Deliverables: Change order logs — Maintain accurate logs for changes, variations, and amendments Contract documentation — Prepare and organize contractual letters, notices, and supporting documents Vendor performance reports — Track and summarize vendor compliance and performance Close‑out dossiers — Support preparation of final contract close‑out packages Essential Job Functions: Post‑award administration — Support day‑to‑day contract administration activities and ensure adherence to contract terms Change management — Coordinate change orders, variations, and amendments with Procurement Claims support — Assist in tracking claims, disputes, and related correspondence Vendor monitoring — Monitor vendor obligations, deliverables, and compliance Invoice validation — Review invoices for alignment with contract scope and PO structure Document review — Conduct structured reviews of contractual documents and maintain traceability Compliance checks — Support compliance audits against contract terms and conditions Continuous improvement — Capture lessons learned and contribute to process enhancements Education and Experience Requirements: Minimum 3+ years of experience in contract administration (construction or industrial projects preferred) Exposure to claims, disputes, or change management processes Understanding of major contract types (lump sum, cost‑plus, unit rate) Working knowledge of Québec construction and contracting regulations Proficiency with SAP (invoice validation, PO linkage) Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Experience with contract/document management systems Diploma or degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or Law considered an asset Fluency in English and French — written and spoken How to Apply: When submitting your application to HR Project Partners for this opportunity, please submit a PDF version and clearly state the job title for which you are applying.
