Ensure the quality and cleanliness of all areas of Scandinave Spa Whistler. Complete the following tasks with leadership, keeping the Spa Experience and Housekeeping teams motivated and guiding the team to a high standard of service. Tasks & Responsibilities: We're looking for a hands-on supervisor to support the Spa Experience team responsible for maintaining Scandinave Spa Whistler's facilities. At Scandinave Spa Whistler, our mission is to offer a haven for personal renewal in the Scandinavian age-old tradition, where body and mind find peace. Guests come to disconnect from daily stress and reconnect with themselves through hot baths, cold plunges, relaxation areas, and massage therapy. Reporting to the Spa Experience & Housekeeping Manager, you will make an impact by: Overseeing daily operations to ensure exceptional cleanliness standards and efficient team performance. Supporting team training, communication, and accountability to ensure consistent standards are maintained. Assisting with scheduling, inventory management, reporting, and other administrative responsibilities. Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Monitoring and maintaining pool water quality, adjusting chemical levels as required to ensure safety and cleanliness (training provided). What Makes You a Great Fit: Previous supervisory experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm, adaptable, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint. Physically fit, with the ability to thrive in a hands-on role and lead by example. Flexible and available to work evenings and weekends. Experience in commercial pool operation is an asset but not required as training is provided Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team. Ability to think on your feet, solve problems quickly, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Must be available to work full-time, including evenings and weekends, and attend functions after work on a semi-regular basis. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint Professional appearance and demeanor, with a commitment to maintaining the spa's standards of excellence. A positive attitude and strong team spirit are essential. Physically capable of lifting up to 20kg and working in an active, dynamic environment Having a valid drivers license is a bonus.
