They also oversee daily branch operations, including talent management, recruitment, and financial performance. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of insurance brokerage experience and at least 3 years in a management role. A Level 2 license and an industry designation such as CAIB, CIP, FCIP, or CRM are required.
