Marketing Coordinator Hudson Projects – Contract Part-Time (6 - 12 months) Location: Vancouver, BC Salary Range: $38,000 – 48,000 per year Please note this position is a 3-day work week with flexibility in schedule. Hudson specializes in the development of purpose-built residential rental, mixed-use, and pre-sale condo projects in Greater Vancouver. About the Role: Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will support the development and execution of marketing initiatives across digital, print, and social platforms. This role is ideal for a creative marketer with a passion for social media, content creation, and brand storytelling. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook, through content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking. Build and nurture an engaged online community by responding to comments, messages, and audience interactions in a timely, professional, and on-brand manner. Coordinate and manage external vendors, including branding agencies, photographers, videographers, and printers. Develop compelling, engaging, and on-brand copy for social media, email campaigns, website content, and other marketing communications. Maintain and regularly update website content to ensure information is current. Coordinate the planning and execution of company events and marketing activations. Assist with invoice processing and other administrative tasks. Support special projects and other marketing initiatives as required. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in marketing or social media management Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail Creative, proactive, and forward-thinking mindset Ability to work independently Experience with Webflow or Wordpress is considered an asset Photography and videography skills are considered an asset Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro is considered an asset Please submit your resume and/or portfolio to Kaitlyn Wong at [email protected]
